I wanted to share this photo with you, I am currently in Gibraltar and the other morning, while walking from the hotel to the office I passed these brass guns. There were two army personnel polishing the brass guns.

This led to an amusing discussion as the whether it was an honour to polish the big brass guns or a punishment. It seem like one of those jobs that you will do with great vigour in the morning to then have every tourist and kid put their sticky ice-cream covered hands all over them that evening.
