The Middle Challenge
There are a number of nice way to put it I could say
- I am waist challenged
- I am a bit squishy in the middle
- I am to short for my girth
Or I could be honest and say.
I AM FAT
However, I have made a decision that I am going to do something about it. I am going to aim to do this in three ways
- Stop Snacking – I boredom eat you know if you get stuck on something at work you walk to the chocolate machine and buy something, or sat watching the telly you nibble on some crisps etc.
- Eat Better – This will be done through better planning of my meals and by the power of weightwatchers
- Complete some form of exercise three times a week.

I do have an end goal which is to be healthier and stuff. In the short time, my goal is to be slimmer by my brothers wedding in November.
